Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 working days from the date of delivery, without penalty and without having to provide any reason.
How to return an item

- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return (optional)

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

Carefully pack the product to prevent damage during transport.
Return conditions
- The product must be returned intact, complete with all its parts, and in its original packaging.
- Returns of used, damaged, or incomplete products will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of incorrect shipment or defective products.
- In case of defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Refunds
- Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery providing photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
